  1. Limit travel to only essential travel and have a clear definition of what constitutes “essential travel.”
  2. Monitor and share travel advisories and warning with employees.
  3. Suspend travel to affected areas
  4. Develop a policy to address employees who refuse to work with co-workers returning from travel in affected regions to avoid anti-harassment/discrimination.
