STAT delivers U.S. Government Advocacy for Foreign Investment & Concession Projects — turbocharging efforts to help U.S. companies outcompete state-backed rivals on strategic deals.
Who is Eligible?
Firms incorporated in the United States or with substantial U.S. ownership competing for foreign concession and investment opportunities involving a foreign government decision-maker and foreign competitors, including those with roles in public-private partnerships.
How do U.S. Firms Participate?
Interested U.S. firms submit a confidential application containing project details, including the timeline, competitors, and foreign decision-makers. The application review timeframe is typically within two weeks.
There is no fee to participate in the STAT program.
