Salt Lake City Angels Invests in Freyya
September 4, 2025
Salt Lake City Angels is proud to invest in Freyya, a women’s health medical device company developing a wearable, real-time rehabilitation device to monitor pelvic floor therapy for improved outcomes.
One in 4 women experiences pelvic floor disorders (PFD), and poor access to physical therapy limits treatment. Freyya is addressing PFDs with their sensor-embedded wearable that measures pelvic floor support and loading, then transmits these measurements wirelessly to a smart device, providing real-time feedback to the user and remotely to the healthcare provider.
Congrats to CEO Gabriele Niederauer, PhD, and the Freyya team on this exciting milestone.
