BioUtah and five BioUtah member companies participated in the Governor’s trade mission to Korea and Japan organized by World Trade Center Utah. Led by BioUtah president and CEO, Kelvyn Cullimore, the life sciences delegation included Dwight Egan, Seth Egan and Richard Abbott of CoDiagnostics, Mike Kirkness and Lucas Bennink of 3Helix, Taylor Avei of Halia Therpeutics, Chad Pollard of Renew Biotech and Chris Lowe of Nusano. The trade mission was highly productive in developing relationships and resources to help Utah companies do business in these countries.
“What a great opportunity to showcase five great Utah life sciences companies and to highlight the growing biotech community in Utah.” said Cullimore. “I believe many we met with were impressed and wanted to learn more about Utah’s growing life sciences industry.”
