
Investors Buy up Stocks in Biggest Follow-on Offering Day in Biotech History

Endpoints News is calling December 10 the busiest day ever in biotech, with the most follow-on proceeds in a single day. A record-setting $3.2B in biotech follow-on stock offerings were sold, indicating public investors’ appetite for biotech investment. From late Tuesday evening into Wednesday morning, eight biotechs priced sales of new stocks, and seven of those companies increased their offering sizes to meet demand.
Utah’s own Denali Therapeutics was among the biotechs raising funds.
