Governor Cox Tours Teva, Stryker and ARUP Laboratories
May 30, 2024
Gov. Cox this week toured Teva Pharmaceuticals, Stryker, and ARUP Laboratories to see firsthand the life-changing technology and innovation taking place in Utah’s dynamic life sciences community. Following the facility tours, Cox held on-site town halls to engage with employees. He applauded the industry’s mission to improve and save lives and noted that the sector was a strategic priority for the state.
“A picture paints a thousand words,” said Bioutah President and CEO, Kelvyn Cullimore, who helped to arrange the tours. “Having Governor Cox and other policymakers tour our life sciences companies is one of the most effective ways to showcase the important work our industry is doing for patients and to advance health. We thank the Governor for his support.”
