Dymicron, a development-stage medical device company headquartered in Orem, Utah, has developed an innovative biomaterial based on polycrystalline diamond. Polycrystalline diamond is the hardest, toughest, and slickest material known, making it ideal for wear surfaces in orthopedic implants.

Dymicron’s first device, the Triadyme®-C, is a cervical total artificial disc replacement – CE-marked and sold in select European and South American markets. Over 1,000 Triadyme®-C discs have been implanted with good patient outcomes. Dymicron is currently working on FDA approval.
