Cambia Grove is launching the Impactful Innovation Exchange – a free comprehensive platform where health care stakeholders can search for emerging and/or proven innovations to solve their high priority problems.
Why contribute to the exchange? This is a free way to highlight your organization’s capabilities to engage key health system stakeholders and optimize the reach and impact of your innovation to support health care transformation.
When is the exchange launching? The exchange will be live on the Cambia Grove website in Q2, 2020. Submitting your innovation now, will give it greater visibility when the program launches!
Innovations included in this exchange must:
- Seek to positively impact at least one component of the triple aim (improvements in population health, experience of care & per capita cost)
- Fall within Cambia Grove’s impactful innovation process
