  • Throughout my career, I have overseen the development of a number of o ce projects from the ground up, including coordinating communication with the general contractor and architect as well as tenant improvements and leasing.
  • I have negotiated over $700 million in leases, representing properties anywhere from 1,000 to 145,000 square feet in size.
