Jerold G. Oldroyd concentrates on communications and government affairs, including advising clients on the regulatory, legislative, and municipal aspects of telecommunications law. In that capacity, he is experienced in negotiating and drafting interconnection, collocation, franchise, siting, and other business and commercial agreements. He has also been responsible for documenting transactions for telecommunications companies structuring optical fiber long-haul routes and metropolitan-area networks.
