NanoKar Therapeutics is an early-stage biotechnology company developing intracellular signaling optimization technology for CAR-T-based cell therapies. The company’s ITAM tuning platform addresses the persistence and toxicity barriers limiting the field today, with early preclinical signals in solid tumors. NanoKar’s platform was developed in the laboratory of Dr. Matthew Bettini at the University of Utah Department of Pathology, with collaborators in pharmacology, biophysics, and cancer biology, and is currently led by CEO Craig Mosman.
