
James LeVoy Sorenson Center for Medical Innovation Grand Opening, Ribbon Cutting

The University of Utah officially opened the James LeVoy Sorenson Center for Medical Innovation (CMI) with a ribbon-cutting ceremony on April 14, featuring a unique, robot-assisted opening. The new CMI facility serves as a hub for medical device development, featuring 3D printing labs, clean rooms, and startup incubators to accelerate life sciences innovations. BioUtah President and CEO, Kelvyn Cullimore, was on hand to celebrate the occasion.
